Work

Concrete problems. Software built to solve them.

Some work with clients: what needed to work better, the choices made and what we built.

Insurance agency · CRM

From emails to CRM tickets, with AI

Before
Every email had to be read, matched to the customer and logged by hand.
What we did
AI recognises the request, links it to the customer and opens the ticket in the CRM. Communication stays in one place.
What changes
Simple requests get an answer; the rest reaches a person with the context ready.

Insurance · Identity

Unified company access

Before
A different login for every system and users managed separately.
What we did
A single authentication, connected to the systems already in use.
What changes
Consistent access and more control over who gets into the systems.

Culture · Mobile app

100 X 100 PCI

Before
A story tied to a hundred places in Italy, to be made explorable on site too.
What we did
A mobile app with a map of the places, a timeline and multimedia content, linked to the places through geolocation and proximity notifications.
What changes
The story can be explored by place and by period, even while walking through the places themselves.
Screen of the 100 X 100 PCI app: the list of places sorted by year along a timeline, with search and the List, Map, Report menu.
Screen of the 100 X 100 PCI app: the map with the pins of the places in Italy and Europe.
Screen of the 100 X 100 PCI app: a handwritten archive document in a place’s page.

Museums and exhibitions

Culture · Touch application

Casa Museo Antonio Gramsci

Multimedia content, within the visit.

For the Fondazione Casa Museo Antonio Gramsci Onlus we developed a touch application for browsing the museum’s multimedia content, fitted unobtrusively into the exhibition route.

It works offline and in kiosk mode, on the station dedicated to the visit. The experience was designed to be simple to use and to meet the needs of people with disabilities.

Culture · Multimedia exhibition

I luoghi e le parole di Enrico Berlinguer

Archive content, to explore in the exhibition.

For the exhibition’s Rome edition at the Mattatoio, we designed and built the set of applications for browsing the exhibition’s content on touch screens, PCs and tablets.

The work covered the applications and the setup of the stations in kiosk mode, for a consistent and stable experience from opening day.
