From prototype to product
You built the prototype. Now it has to hold up in the real world.
What changes
With real use, the consequences change.
- Access and permissions
- Data and backups
- Security
- Payments
- Error handling
- Integrations
- Monitoring
- Maintenance
What we do
From prototype to everyday use.
01
We examine what exists
Code, data, infrastructure and above all how it is used today.
02
We decide what stays
What can stay as it is and what needs work, with a reason for each choice.
03
We strengthen the foundations
Data, access, integrations and error handling.
04
We prepare the release
Environments, release, monitoring and maintenance over time.
05
We build the next step
What the next real use needs, not the one five years from now.
Our experience
We do it on our own products too.
We follow Coqudo and Leadoop over time: users, priorities, releases and maintenance.
Does everything need rewriting?
We do not assume it either way. After looking at the code, the data and how it is really used, we say what can stay and what needs to be redone, explaining every choice.
It was built with AI or no-code tools: is that a problem?
No. What matters is what it has to handle: users, data, payments, integrations. That decides whether to stay on the current tool or move to a different foundation.
What do we need to start?
Access to the code and to the environment it runs in, who uses it today and what it needs to do in its next real use. If there are already users, the feedback collected too.
And after release?
Monitoring, fixes and maintenance are part of the work, as with Coqudo and Leadoop, our own products that we follow over time.
